The Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIs) such as Fluoxetine, Paraxetine and Sertraline alsao act as antidepressants increasing the Serotonin levels in brain and reducing fatigue and possible pain due to Fibromyalgia. Generally SSRIs are prescribed along with TCAs.

3. Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs): NSAIDs such as Aspirin, Ibuprofen and Naproxen Sodium are prescribed for their pain relieving affects. They also help ease muscle aches, menstrual cramps and headaches associated with Fibromyalgia.

4. Muscle relaxant Cyclobezaprine has been found to useful in treatment of Fibromyalgia.
